Smoking Bylaw Defied:
Owen Sound, Ontario. "Canada's largest retirement home operator has defied Grey County's month-old smoking ban and is preparing to defend itself in court.
"We feel a mistake has been made," she said. "Some of these people have been smoking for 50 or 60 years and they live here as residents."
The anti-smoking industry has never been a friend of the elderly.
