Hershey's Ordered To Pay Obese Americans $135 Billion:
(Shades of things to come?) The five-state class-action suit accused Hershey's of "knowingly and willfully marketing rich, fatty candy bars containing chocolate and other ingredients of negligible nutritional value."

Let Kids Smoke:
Why restrict the liberty of R.J. Reynolds & Co. to sell to kids? After all, other vendors sell kids candy and cokes, CDs and movie tickets. Presumably the little crumb crunchers have enough legal capacity to form a contract to purchase at least some consumer items.

NY Sprays Central Park For Virus:
Mayor Rudolph Giuliani said residents should not be alarmed by the discovery of infected mosquitoes or the ground spraying of pesticides that can cause breathing problems for the elderly and people with respiratory problems.

Scientists Urge Mental Exercise: People have to get physical, too. Bad memory is linked to heart disease, diabetes and a high-fat diet, all risks people can counter by living healthier lives.
