Violating Smoking Ban with wood-fired pizza oven. Warning letters are now going out to local restaurants accused of violating Ohio's voter-approved smoking ban. The smoking ban states no one shall burn tobacco or "any other plant."

Your dog can go into a bar but you can't? The reason for the existing law is that animals in such venues pose a potential health risk to humans. Apparently, that is no longer the case, but second-hand smoke from cigarettes continues to be banned as a major health risk.
